GENESIS
KV Saharsa was opened in the academic session 1996-97 under civil sector. It has the honour of being the first C.B.S.E affiliated school in the district Saharsa.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, since its inception, has been functioning with this perspective as its guiding principle to provide a holistic education. imparted education to the children and has made its mark as one of the leading brands in school education. KV teachers who are entrusted with this task are adequately oriented about the broader objective of pedagogy. Education is the backbone of a nation. Proper education can contribute to building healthy minds and capable citizens. If we want to survive and progress in this new world order, we must enrich ourselves with adequate knowledge and skills. In India, we face a huge challenge of preparing young minds to face the challenges 21st century and the best way to overcome this obstacle is to provide quality education to everyone.
